There is one person who is the HOUSING candidate in the race for Minneapolis Mayor. That person is Mark Globus. Quality and affordable housing is one of the main issues that has plagued Minneapolis for the last twenty (20) years but none of our city leaders have been able to solve the problem? So why am I the “Housing Candidate?” What distinguishes me from the current challengers and Mayor:

• There is ONLY one candidate who has actually developed and built housing. That candidate is Mark Globus.
• There is ONLY one candidate who has spent years developing quality housing for Minneapolis seniors. That candidate is Mark Globus.
• There is ONLY one candidate who has spent his career understanding how to architecturally design, develop and construct quality housing to come in ahead of schedule and under budget. That candidate is Mark Globus.
• There is ONLY one candidate who as a licensed attorney knows how to negotiate with cities, investors, general contractors and financial institutions to package up a housing development that makes financial sense. That candidate is Mark Globus.
• There is ONLY one candidate who as a licensed attorney and businessperson successfully defended a legal challenge to a housing development at the Minnesota Supreme Court. That candidate is Mark Globus.
• There is ONLY one candidate who is at home reading architectural construction documents or walking a construction site making sure the general contractor is on task and on schedule. That candidate is Mark Globus.
• There is ONLY one candidate who has the potential and knowledge and experience to create more housing in the City of Minneapolis than any other Mayor in it’s history. That candidate is Mark Globus.

There are a lot of politicians in the race with lots of ideas but none have walked a construction site, wearing a hard hat as part of their daily routine. There are lots of politicians in the race including the Mayor who talk about job creation. I have actually built businesses and projects which have created concrete jobs. I am not a politician. I am a businessperson who understands how to get the job done on time and under budget.

If you want something real for a change than vote for me on November 2nd (This Year). I promise to deliver a new and more dynamic Minneapolis.

It’s time to jump on the “Glo-Bus” it is going to move Minneapolis forward.
